Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the remaining service balance. No-call, no-show appointments will also be charged 30% of the service balance and may require full prepayment to book future appointments.
